Bismillaah Al-Hamdulillaah wa salatu wa salaamu ‘ala rasulullaah

… Amma-ba’d

It has reached us with sadness what the rawaafidhs are doing, the enemies of islam and the enemies of the companions (radhiyAllahu anhum) such as boycotting and treating our salafi brothers in Dammaj and the salafi sunni markas out of hate and enmity towards Islam and its people.

We encourage our brothers in Dammaj to stick firm to the sunnah and have patience and seek assistance from Allah in fighting off this transgressions and enmity of the rawaafidhs. Its upon our brothers the ahlul sunnah to stand up against this transgression and to unite in cleaning the filth of the rawaafids in yemen and other than it, if they are able to do so.

Allah says: Verily, Allâh will help those who help His (Cause). Truly, Allâh is All-Strong, All-Mighty. (Al-Hajj 22:40)

He also says :And there is no victory except from Allâh, the All-Mighty, the All-Wise. That He might cut off a part of those who disbelieve, or expose them to infamy, so that they retire frustrated. (Aali Imran 3:126-127)

Indeed the conflict between ahlu sunnah and the rawaafids is an conflict of Islam and Kufr (disbelieve) so its upon the people of the sunnah where ever they are in yemen and other then it to rise up in aiding their brothers with your presence and wealth and we ask Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala to break the backs of the rawaafid and all the enemies of Islam where ever they may be.

Indeed Allah is All Hearing of Dua.

Author: Shaykh Rabee Bin Haadee Al Madkhalee (hafidhahullah)

When you see a person speaking ill of Ahlus-Sunnah then this is an indication that this person is a deviant. It’s also possible that he’s a Zindeeq (heretic). When you see a person speaking ill of Ahlus-Sunnah and Ahlul-Hadeeth, what is it that causes him to speak ill of them except that he is in opposition to them and looking down upon that
which is with them. There’s no doubt in that. If this is not the case, then what pushes him to speak ill of Ahlus-Sunnah and its followers?! Nothing pushes him except that he is one who is misguided, embodying deviance, vice and evil. This is from their (i.e. the people of Bidah) signs. This is from the signs of the people of evil and the people
of innovation. If he was to say: “I’m from Ahlus-Sunnah,” don’t believe him because he is a Kadh-dhaab (habitual liar)! Many from these fraudulent liars say to you: “I’m Salafi” and at the same time he’s a liar. He only said this as a means of a plot (against the people of the Sunnah). Similar to the Munaafiq (hypocrite) who says: “I’m a
believer,” “I’m a Muslim.” He says “I’m a Muslim!” The Munaafiq doesn’t say: “I’m a Kaafir,” or “I’m a Munaafiq and I hate Islaam.” Rather he says, “I’m a Muslim,” he prays, give charity, and he does and does… yet at the same time he combats Islaam and hates the people of Islaam. Many from amongst the people nowadays who say: “I’m Salafi,” however you don’t see him except that he hates the people of Hadeeth and speaks ill of them.

Shaykh Rabee’ bin Hadee al-Madkhalee (hafidhahullaah) was asked: When may we call someone a Salafee?

Don’t say about a man who opposes the manhaj of the Salaf that he is a ‘Salafee.’ No, don’t say about a man who opposes the manhaj of the Salaf that he is a Salafee.

Don’t say that a man is ‘Salafee’ until you are sure that he is upon the manhaj [of the Salaf]. He is honored by it, and calls to it. He loves and unites based upon it, and hates and separates because of it. This is a Salafee. But someone who claims that he is ‘Salafee,’ and defends Ahlul-Bid’ah, and defends them against Ahlul-Sunnah, this is not a Salafee whatsoever. Whoever he is – Arab or non-Arab, in the East or in the West – because Salafiyyah has special qualities.

Salafiyyah has signs. Salafiyyah has affairs that differentiate its people from others in Walaa` and Baraa`, and ‘Aqeedah and Da’wah, and the stances that they take.

‎”My dear brothers! If you truly respect the methodology of the Salaf and those who adhere to it, then spread its books and teach from them. And fill your writings, lectures and articles with their statements about the people of innovation and warnings against them. Teach the youth about the stances that they took against innovators and encourage them to study that, accept it and take pride in it. Through these actions, the creed and methodology of the Salaf will be revived and sparkle within the peoples’s souls causing them to raise their heads with pride and dignity.” -Shaykh Rabee’

A. No. he is not to be declared a disbeliever. The one who outwardly displays disobedience to Allaah is a Faasiq (criminal). We combat him, we warn against him, and we call him to make Tawbah (repentance). If he doesn’t make Tawbah we caus…e the people to leave him. However, we do not judge him to be a Kaafir. The one who drinks Khamr (intoxicants), or commits Zinaa (illegal sexual intercourse), or steals, this person is disobedient. This is unless he believes that these acts are permissible, then in that case, he would be a Kaafir. If he says: “Khamr is Halaal (lawful)”. We say: “You are a Kaafir”, end of the situation. If he says: “Zinaa is Halaal”, we say “You have disbelieved”. If he says “Ruling by other than what Allaah has revealed is permissible”, we say “You have disbelieved”. This is how the situation is Baarakallaah feekum.

As for the situation where the person says “I’m a Muslim”, and we see him pray, then is disobedient (for the committing of these sins), this is an individual that we do not declare to be a Kaafir, rather we say “He is disobedient” and we warn against him.”

In the Name of Allaah, Ar-Rahmaan, Ar-Raheem…

Nowadays, it is common to see some of the youth, impressed by themselves and what they perceive to have gathered of knowledge, to overrate themselves and believe that they can “bring the people of innovation close” by working with them or cooperating with them. They are heedless, not realising that they will be flattered with kindness, wealth and other forms of emotional blackmail. One of the major scholars of our time, may Allaah preserve him, comments on such a (innovated) notion in the name of ‘cooperation and rectification’:

Shaykh Rabee Ibn Hadi al-Madkhali was asked, “When one of the brothers is advised not to walk with the people of innovation or sit with them, he responds, ‘I am one who establishes principles for them?”

The Shaykh answered, “If you were one who established principles, you would not have kept company with them, if you were one who established principles and knew the methodology of the Salaf and knew the dangers you were exposing yourself to, and knew those who have fallen victim from the likes of you, those who are deluded like you, by Allah, if you were as you said, you would not have walked with the people of innovation.

And many walk with the people of innovation with the argument that they are benefitting them! ‘O my brother – they have not benefitted from the Scholars, so how will they be benefitted from you?!! They reject the statements of Ibn Baz (d.1420H) and the statements of al-Albani (d.1420H), al- ‘Uthaymin (d.1421H) and others from the Imams of Islam and will take from you?!! This is delusion, and ninety-nine out of a hundred times, you will end up from their followers.”1
